2-3 years experience preferred
Existing book is a bonus but not required

Receptionist

Part-time (Mondays, Tuesdays rotating Friday/Saturday)

Duties:

Daily scheduling management
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the spa
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Retail knowledge
Other duties as assigned

Skills:

Background in multiple service provider scheduling (medical office or salon/spa)
Proficient in POS systems
Knowledge of retail math principles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic math skills for handling transactions
Must be good at multitasking
Ability to upsell products or services
Good problem-solving skills
Experience with cash register operations
