Position Details

Responsibilities

Provide therapeutic massage services, including deep tissue and trigger point therapy, to address client needs and promote relaxation.
Assess patient conditions and develop tailored treatment plans based on individual assessments.
Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to ensure safe and effective massage techniques.
Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for clients, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Deliver exceptional customer service and foster positive relationships with clients to enhance their overall experience.

Skills

Proficiency in using Vagaro software for scheduling and client management is a plus.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services and relationship building.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
Sales skills to effectively promote services and products to clients.

Position Details

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of nail care services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences while offering professional recommendations.
Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance the client experience and increase sales.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, equipment, and workstations in compliance with health regulations.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding service options, aftercare, and product recommendations.
Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to continuously improve skills.

Experience

Proven experience as a Nail Technician within the beauty industry is preferred.
Strong knowledge of nail care techniques.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members.
A valid cosmetology license is required; additional certifications in specialized services are a plus.
