Parking

We are located right in the heart of downtown Hanover. We are on the corner of Railroad and Broadway. There is public metered parking available in the square, behind our building, in the parking lot behind PNC as well as on street parking. 

 

Gift Certificates

We have gift certificates available for purchase. Once purchased they are able to be used towards any service or product. They are non-refundable. Tips cannot be taken from gift certificates.

 

Payments

We accept cash and all major credit cards. We do not accept checks.

 

Late Cancellation and No Show policy

1. We require notice of intent to cancel any appointment, during business hours, the day before your scheduled appointment via Phone Call or Email ONLY.

2. There will be no balance due for first offense “Last Minute Cancellations”.

   • Contacting day of to cancel an appointment will result in a balance due of 50% of your scheduled appointment/appointments.

3. There will be no balance due for first offense “No Shows”.

   • Second offense or more will result in a balance due of 100% of the scheduled appointment/appointments.

4. Any balance due from last minute cancelations or no shows must be paid before the client is allowed to book another appointment.

5. In the event that a Just Wellness team member needs to change and/or cancel an appointment in less than 24 hours, the client will receive 50% off of the same rescheduled appointment or next identical appointment. This Excludes: Weather and building emergencies.

6. In the event that Just Wellness feels that the client’s ability to keep their scheduled appointments affects the overall flow of the business, Just Wellness reserves the right to no longer schedule appointments.

Showing Up Late to an Appointment

Failure to show up on time to your appointment could result in...

1. Having time deducted from your service and being charged full price

2. Being charged full price that day but still needing to reschedule the appointment

We are a small staff that all provide services to our clients. When calling please leave a message with your name, number and a brief message so we can call you back to schedule an appointment. We promise to call you back in a timely manor!
