Before your appointment

  • Before every appointment there will be a COVID-19 waiver and prescreening questions that is required to be completed in order for you to keep your appointment. The COVID-19 waiver and prescreening questions will be sent out 48 hours before your appointment via email. If we do not receive the COVID-19 form we will call you for prescreening questions before your appointment. If we are unable to ask these questions before your appointment, you will not be allowed to come in for your appointment. No exceptions.

  • If you are not feeling well, please call to cancel your appointment. We will be suspending our cancelation policy until further notice.

  • Please wait in vehicles until you receive a phone call to enter the spa for your scheduled appointment. Until further notice our waiting area will be closed.

  • Please do not bring anyone with you to your appointments (children, family, friends, etc) unless they are receiving a service.

  • To ensure your safety, all employees will have their temperatures checked before their shift. If anyone is not feeling well, they will be sent home.

 
During your appointment

  • Everyone must wear a mask to enter the spa and for the duration of your visit here at Just Wellness. If you do not have a mask, we will have some available for purchase.

  • Please wash your hands at our hand washing station or one of our bathroom sinks before your appointment.

  • Please keep the social distancing requirements of 6 feet apart when able.

 
What we are doing for you

  • Providing a clean, safe environment for you and your service is our #1 priority. Our staff already followed strict cleaning and disinfecting protocols regulated by local agencies before the effects of COVID-19, but we’ve now adopted extra safety precautions and placed even greater emphasis on deep cleaning.

  • To ensure your safety, all employees will have their temperatures checked before their shift. If anyone is not feeling well, they will be sent home.

  • Our staff has taken a refresher course on Salon/Spa Infection Control.

  • Our staff wash their hands thoroughly before and after contact with every client.

  • Our salon uses an EPA-registered disinfectant on tools, containers, and all surfaces that you may come in contact with during your visit.

  • Each room/station will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with EPA-registered disinfectant after each client.

  • We will be doing hourly disinfecting of touch points through the spa as well as continuing our sanitizing habits between each client.
